Fairfield county CT, Westport to be precise, is delighted to welcome the arrival of the famous Shake Shack! Ever since their doors opened in Westport CT, couple of months ago, Shake Shack has attracted a steady stream of people. Lines are bound to be extended outside the restaurant around lunch and dinner time….but people don’t seem to mind. What’s a little pain for the guaranteed gain? 
The trendy but casual atmosphere is perfect for people of all ages. It’s a great place to take the kids for a nice meal that satisfies adults and children alike.
The restaurant model is very smart. They keep very few things on their menu. I believe the simple menu allows them to perfect each and every thing they serve. There are just four kinds of burgers to choose from. You don’t even get to specify if you like them done rare, medium or well-done…..all burgers are cooked to the same juicy perfection. They also serve flat top hot dogs. Their frozen custard is divine! You won’t stop eating till the last bit is gone! Beer, wine and fountain sodas are offered on the menu as well.
TIP: The burgers are not that big. And at peak times, ordering lines tend to be long (you don’t want to get back in line for a second helping). So if you really hungry, consider ordering 2 burgers or Shack Stack. Or maybe pair them with cheese fries…that ought to do it!
