L’Arpege – In Perfect Harmony

http://maientertainmentlaw.com/?search=levitra-plus-5mg L’Arpege is a musical reference to chords playing one after the other in a bottom-upwards sequence.  What one would expect from such a sequence is harmony and a gentle, easeful transition of notes.  Although, such an experience would only be possible if the musician playing this simple sequence understands the importance of rhythm and timing as well as the intensity with which each of these chords are struck.  A master would take this simple sequence with the first strike of the chord to make you sit up and take notice.  And his subsequent notes would gently build up the audience anticipation to a climax like none other – ultimately ending with the perfectly comforting yet dramatic finale.

http://maientertainmentlaw.com/?search=viagra-no-online-prescription So many questions crowd my mind….. and so does a sense of great wonder.  I needed to dine at this restaurant to find my answers. I NEEDED stop relying on articles and books and to get to know this chef’s expertise first hand.

acquistare viagra online generico 25 mg Alain Passard- a man that I have been obsessed with ever since I read a peculiar, cartoon-like book about him.  The book is called “In the Kitchen with Alain Passard” by Christophe Blain. The book uses whimsical sketches to give a deeply fascinating glimpse into the mind and world of a super-talented, totally-passionate, yet refreshingly humble chef.  I LOVED reading it!

increasing dosage of accutane Alain Passard has already etched his name in culinary history books of our era, and he is no where near being done yet.  His utter passion for nature and its bounty as well as his highly personal relationship with it are all distinctly noticeable in the food he serves at L’Arpege.  Beautiful edible flowers, all sorts of greens, freshly picked vegetables – all take center stage on his plates.  Chef Passard uses a deft hand in his cooking, with flawless techniques and well balanced subtle flavors so that the diner may not miss the taste of the main ingredients on the plate.  In fact you will be able to see, identify, taste and smell each and every ingredient. That to me shows sheer mastery of juxtaposing various ingredients, their textures, flavors and mouthfeel – without allowing any one of them to overpower the other. Every bite gave me a sense of comfort and wonder.   This beautiful harmony of textures, flavors as well as temperatures kept my palate excited and alive the entire time.  How amazing is that?

click Chef Passard is lover of vegetables.  He grows them in his own garden in the country and personally brings them each morning to the restaurant.  This is a chef who is completely connected with every aspect of his restaurant and his surroundings.  He uses locally sourced ingredients and has a great sense of terroir.

see The service is impeccable.  The staff made us feel totally at ease…  I was a little worried going to a three Michelin star restaurant in the heart of Paris – but my worries were blown away with the first welcoming smile of our hostess.  I bet the service is behind third earned star year after year.  I read somewhere that there are many Michelin starred restaurants serving amazing food in this world but not many get up to the third star.  Those that do, are usually on that list because in addition to great food they have mastered the art of great service.
